In the discussion with customer, which is the next step after sales, the flow is to carefully talk with the customer to find out what specific problems they are having and what they need to do to solve them.

Define
In Define phase, we clarify the work to be systemized and the required performance based on the planning proposal. In order to create a requirement definition document here, it is first necessary to understand the business flow of the existing system and confirm the system design document.

Design
In Design phase, we decide the specifications and the overall picture in software development based on the requirements Define.
